note 73268 rejected from features.file-upload by nlopess

I have this in my php.ini under WAMP (Apache 2, XP, PHP5) file_uploads = On upload_tmp_dir = "C:\tgm\file-uploads" upload_max_filesize = 1M when i upload a file, and print_r($_FILES), I get this Array ( [filBusinessCard] => Array ( [name] => IMG_0005.jpeg [type] => image/jpeg [tmp_name] => C:\tgm\file-uploads\php1A.tmp [error] => 0 [size] => 16878 ) ) But i dont see the file in the folder! is_writable() and is_readable return true. move_uploaded_files() returns an error [move_uploaded_file(C:\tgm\file-uploads\junk) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied] I have tried sharing the folder under XP, but I still get the error.
