note 71841 deleted from ref.xml by nlopess

Note Submitter: wjeremy at shaw dot ca ---- I just wanted to bring to your attention the misuse of xml_parser_free(). In the examples for vavricek at volny dot cz and forquan, neither of the parser free functions would ever be called. I suggest moving the function or removing it. However, I would moreso suggest moving all the parser_create, etc calls from the constructor to the parse function like in the php source supplied by talraith at withouthonor dot com and moving the xml_parser_free to the end of the parse function.
