note 73281 added to function.shuffle

Editors: please delete my previous note made on 13-Dec-2006 10:52 The unset() which was intended to free up memory achieves the opposite because of PHP's copy-on-write mechanism. So my note is a combination of repeating stuff that was said before and introducing an error into a previously error-free function. Obviously, please don't post this administrative request either.
