a client of mine has decided he wants to circumvent my mini-CMS that i made for him and manually
change images with FTP.
problem is, he can't download the uploaded files, he can't delete them, and can't
CHMOD them.
they're set to 600, all attempts to 777 them failed.
numerous ftp clients were tested as well.
the directory the files are in ARE 777.
what can i do?
