note 73425 added to language.variables.variable

variable variables!?! I just learned of this "feature" of PHP. I work in a heavy PHP house, but am fairly new to the language. After reading through the comments, I see that lots of people are trying to use the feature, but I see no reason as to why. Can someone please post a single real use case?
