How can I use this function with other language, not in english?
xmlwriter_start_document($memory, '1.0', 'tis-620');
xmlwriter_start_element($memory, 'message');
xmlwriter_text($memory, "--some Thai language--");
xmlwriter_end_element($memory);
xmlwriter_end_document($memory);
//error occur when reach this line
$xmlDataContent = xmlwriter_output_memory($memory, true);
//it says : output conversion failed due to conv error....
