anyone have any ideas why the following does not affect my db at all?
$query="INSERT INTO
responses
(SurveyID,QuestionNumber,NumericVal) VALUES
('".$survey_id."','".$k."','".$v."')";
mysqli_query($dbh, $query);
interestingly, when i echo $query, i can copy/paste it into my sql frontend and it executes without
a hitch.
i'm using mysql5 and php5. $dbh is my link and i'm sure that it works. no errors are
thrown when these lines are run.
