Very surprising thing:
I tried this:
echo date("z",mktime(12,0,0,7,2,2007,0));
to get number of day for 7st Feb 2007 and I got the answer 182 which is unlikely to be 7st Feb but
looks like 2nd Jul.
I wrote
echo date("z",mktime(12,0,0,2,7,2007,0));
and it returned 37 which is OK.
In the manual for mktime written that parameter
s order is
hour,minute,second,month,day,year,DST but in my configuration it appeared to be
hour,minute,second,day,month,year,DST! Ive PHP 4.3.9.
Were there any changes to PHP or maybe some configuration options that may cause such a behaivor?
