Just as we would say "If the sun is shining..." rather than "If it is not false that
the sun is shining..", it is much more straightforward to write
if (strpos($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'], 'MSIE'))
rather than:
if (strpos($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'], 'MSIE') !== FALSE)
