To avoid frustration for others.
I've wasted 6 hours of my life over PHP's SOAP WSDL caching feature.
The option soap.wsdl_cache_enabled has no effect on caching dispite its name.
Undocumented is another php.ini option: soap.wsdl_cache. This really controls caching. I hope I
save someone the trouble!
