note 73869 added to features.file-upload

I need help BIG TIME! I am using the Sams Teach yourself PHP/MySQL/Apache book and it is helping me quite a bit, plus I am coming on here, but I am having a huge problme with getting files to upload. I have only been on this for about a week now, so problmes are meant to happen, but maybe you all could help me get past this. I have my HTML form for file uploads, plus I have my PHP code in a .php file When I run the HTML form and hit "upload file" the browser displays the entire .php file as text. I also have a simple text form I have been working on and it does the exact same thing... ANY information would be great!
