note 73971 added to ref.ldap

Spent some time on fixing "Unable to load dynamic library 'php_ldap.dll'. Copied libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll everywhere, but error still stands. After digging all this dlls I found, that both libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll need msvcr70.dll (or msvcr71.dll, it depends on the compiler version).
