if you're creating a form tu upload files, and file that is uploaded has polish font
(Ä
ÄÄÅÅóÅżź) and after uploading you give a link to this file http://server/upload/Ä
ÄÄÅÅóÅżź.txt
it won't work so you must change polish fonts to it's representation in link coding.
