On the standard Mac OS 10.4.9 build of Apache/1.3.33 (Darwin) PHP/4.4.4 mod_perl/1.29 phpinfo()
report that php.ini is at /etc/php.ini...
...but there is not file there, and creating a file there seems to have no effect.
What is the process for editing PHP's confgs on this system if not php.ini?
