"The center of rotation is the center of the image, and the rotated image is scaled down so
that the whole rotated image fits in the destination image - the edges are not clipped."
This statement seems to be incorrect and can lead to confusion. If fact, no rescaling happens, the
rotated image is given the exact size needed to accomodate the whole source image no matter what was
the rotation angle.
Actually if the imagerotate function would work as described in this manual it would be pretty
uncomfortable - there should be at least an optional parameter determining whether to scale down or
not (since it still might be useful in some situations).
It's possible that this functionality has been changed during the PHP development while the
manual wasn't updated accordingly (tested with PHP version 4.4.1 and the bundled DG lib ver.
2.0.28).
