note 74417 added to ref.mssql

I struggled with this for a few days and finally got it figured out. I'm running Windows 2003 Server, PHP 5.2, Apache 2.2 and MSSQL Server 2005. (1) Set 'msssql.secure_connection = On' in the PHP.ini file (2) Download the correct ntwdblib.dll file (version 8.00.194) Copy this to: C:/Windows/System32 <server root>/php <server root>/apache/bin (I would just do a search for this file and replace it anywhere you find it...) (3) Make sure TCP/IP and Named Pipes are enabled in the SQL Configuration tool.
