I think it should be clear in this manual that const into classes,
as described here, are only valid in php5. Otherwise this doc is
uncomplete and lead to confussion.
If you try the way described here, you'll get an annoying
"Unexpected T_CONST ..... expecting T_FUNCTION or ....."
