When trying to upload large files it appears when using:
<input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="30000" />
Files still will not be uploaded and will error out on:
UPLOAD_ERR_FORM_SIZE
Removal of this line will enable the file to be uploaded.
"However, at the time of writing, we cannot find any WAP browsers that support the
MAX_FILE_SIZE form field. Also, both IE 6 and Firefox 2.0 do not understand this form field."

Very old problem, was wondering why php.net's example plain and simply does not work for large
files.
