I want to write arabic string using this function on a JPEG image , I tryed function
foxy_utf8_to_nce( $utf = EMPTY_STRING )
to get the unicode UTF-8 but I dont got the correcvt string
then I developed function to get HTML spectal char such as:
(اÙÙÙ -->الله)
Ok I write the charecter in arabic BUT it is SEPERATED not connected to othe ie: ا Ù Ù Ù
