note 75102 added to function.mssql-connect

Jus't want to tell everyone. Connecting to MsSQL Server 2005 is not just as simple as mentioned bellow. I use Window Server 2003 Prof, MsSQL Server 2005, Ms IIS 6, and PHP 5.1.2. I use use different server, one for app server and one for db server. (Real practice in production stage) I already try all the sugestion about how to connect to MsSQL Server 2005 bellow. But none of them worked.
