I'm using the function stringUpDown() (from Jose Roberto Kerne), and I found one problem:
<?
echo stringUpDown("áõ");
// returns "ÀÔ", and it is wrong
// the correct value is:"ÁÕ"
?>
To fix it, I changed this:
