note 75323 added to ref.ssh2

I made a program using this functions that uploads recently modified files to a server. But it seems I'm having problems uploading files with spaces on their filenames. If try to uploadthem with spaces it generates an error and doesn't upload them. I tried replacing the spaces with "%20" but then it creates filenames with those characters instead spaces. The server accept files with spaces because another shh program uploads them like that.
