note 75345 added to install.windows

HELP!!!!!!! I have read every and I mean every post I can find on this site and several others now after 2 days I still cannot get php to work. I have tried it on 2 different 2003 servers one was a complete rebuild from scratch without anything else loaded to mess with it. I get everything except a good result. I get the web site not showing up to just plain nothing. it is windows server enterprise with IIS installed. Both servers are the only server and therefore the domain controller in each of their own domains. I have installed it with the standard installs and no extensions made every change and tweak possible but DAMN it cant be this difficult for a veteran I.T. person of 16+ years to handle. I have installed it before prior to version 5 on Win2k and had it work just fine albeit alot of steps to do. But no matter what I do it will not install at all. Please someone help I will pay for the call to you to give me tech support and if successful I will send a Geforce 6800 256mb card to you as a payment that is for the first to be on the phone with me and get this to success. Please fellow geeks help a near nutty brother out?
