note 75444 added to install.windows.manual

With MySQL 5.0.41 & Apache/2.2.4 & PHP/5.2.2 on Windows XP SP2 php_mysql.dll failed to load. All configurations, including php extension dir and windows path seemed to be correct. After hours of tinkering, I found that my MySQL bin/-directory contained a libmysql.dll too. Because MySQL bin/-directory was before c:\php-directory in PATH, PHP tried to use MySQL version of libmysql.dll and failed miserably.
