There seems to be a bug in 5.2.x that causes the -r option to not work under cmd.exe on Windows:
php -r 'print_r(get_defined_constants());'
Parse error: parse error, unexpected $end in Command line code on line 1
You may be able to read the code in from a file (with -f) as a workaround. It also works when the
(same) executable is run via cygwin.
