note 75510 added to faq.installation

When i first installed PHP 5.2 / 5.1 on Windows 2k3 server standard edition, i got error 404's on every page i tried to load, i then noticed that in the file extention configuration list, .php files where going to E:\PHP\\php5isapi.dll or something similar, the problem was the two back slashes, i'm not sure what their purpose is.
