note 75570 added to faq.installation

I have upgraded from 5.1.2 which was working great to 5.2.1 on a W2K3 R2 and it didn't work out. I had 404 error all the time. And then I tried 5.2.3 and the result was just the same. I have double checked the installations but nothing seemed to be wrong. Whatever I did I was failed to run it so I downgraded back to 5.1.2 which is still working great.
