When setting url_rewriter.tags parameter in php.ini, make sure that you put quotes around the string
portion like this:
url_rewriter.tags = "a=href,area=href,frame=src,input=src,form=fakeentry"
or the PHP won't know what tags to insert the session id into. My web host has a relatively
current version of PHP and they still didn't have this parameter configured by default.
