For those who are not familiar with bitwise operations:
E_ALL does *not* include the Strict Standards, and vice-versa -- E_STRICT does not include all other
types of errors.
So <?php error_reporting(E_STRICT);?> excludes all errors except those strict ones (hard to
occur, aren't they?).

error_reporting(E_ALL | E_STRICT);
error_reporting(E_ALL + E_STRICT);
// Both the same (8191)
?>
Worked like a charm for me. (Stone me if I'm wrong ;-)
