note 76574 added to function.mysqli-next-result

There is a reported bug in mysql: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=27544 which prevents you from calling another select query or stored procedure after calling one stored procedure. The bug is reported as an odbc bug but it seems to be the same for php-mysql in windows platform.
