note 76651 added to install.problems.bugs

ok... so i was installing php on my computer.... and i got it on one computer....... but i went to install it on the computer i want to run as a server...... and it gets to the end... and tells me tat there is an error error code:2343.... ok so i went ot un install the ptrogram........ again!
