Easy way to set $_GET values for local includes. This is an easy way to make up fake URLs for SEO purposes that are really just running other PHP pages with special $_GET values. This will NOT work: <?PHP include('communities.php?show=gated&where=naples'); ?> However, this will: <?PHP $_GET = array(); $_GET['show'] = 'gated'; $_GET['where'] = 'naples'; include('communities.php'); ?> Putting this on your page and nothing else will give the same result as going to 'communities.php?show=gated&where=naples' but the URL can be whatever you want it to be. ---- Server IP: 64.71.164.2 Probable Submitter: 69.58.13.236 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.include.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/76675 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/76675/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/76675/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/76675/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/76675/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/76675/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/76675/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/76675 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/76675 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
