Note Submitter: amckenna at hightechinstitute dot edu ---- I was having problems with my session getting set to an emtpy array when I did a redirect after having the user log in. Session_write_close() didn't help. I realized that by adding another object to my session I had gone over the max size for our server (4k). If you are having the same problem, check the size of your session right before the redirect with serialize() and strlen()
