note 76761 deleted from tutorial.forms by nlopess

Note Submitter: man_in_orlando at yahoo dot com ---- Even this simple example didn't work for me. Inspite the suggested changes that are posted here. There must be some setting that I still need to change, somewhere, perhaps in php.ini to make this work. When I click on Submit, a window pops up to save or open the file. I'm running on Windows XP with IIS 5.1 Thanks for your help, guys.
