A FAILED TEST produces a BLANK SCREEN when using the supplied test code.
A SUCCESSFUL TEST produces:
Only a test, test, test, test, test, test, test, test!
Only a test, test, test, test, test, test, test, test!
If this is the case the ONLY solution I have found (this is for Joomla support btw) is to reinstall
PHP with the configure command of '--with-libz'
