While using strtotime on PHP 4, I noticed a bug
<?php
echo date("m/d/Y", strtotime("07-13-2007")) . "<br>";
echo date("m/d/Y", strtotime("07/13/2007"));
?>
outputs the following:
06/29/2013
07/13/2007
this can be reproduced with any date.
