When converting Japanese strings to ISO-2022-JP or JIS on PHP >= 5.2.1, you can use
"ISO-2022-JP-MS" instead of them.
Kishu-Izon (platform dependent) characters are converted correctly with the encoding, as same as
with eucJP-win or with SJIS-win.
