note 77379 added to function.mail

Hi I have a problem : I try to use mail function in french form and I need to receive space caracter in the mail ; so I gave the name to the fields as " : <select name="SANTE&nbsp;D&eacute;boucheur canalisation:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"> <option value="" selected="selected"></option> ... But the mail received is : SANTEÂ Lessives:Â Â Â The space is replaced by an "Â" This is the code to send the mail : <?php $email1 = "one@one.fr"; $email2 = "two@two.fr"; $to = $email1 .','; $to .= $email2 ; $from = "Test"; $subject = "Forms"; while (list($key, $val) = each($_POST)) { $message.="$key$val\n"; } $headers = 'From: '.$from; @mail($to, $subject, $message, $headers); $page= "http://www.mydomain.fr/thanks.php"; Header("Location: ".$page); ?> And I have the same result if I insert : "... $headers .= '' . $boundary .
