For some reason, installing Apache and PHP, I could not use this line item:
PHPIniDir "C:/php"
If I used it, my web server would not restart. I commented the line out, and voila - PHP is
installed perfectly (after an hour or two of swearing at it) and Apache is happy again.
I am going to operate under the assumption that since my system is working just fine without this
ini redirection that ini redirection is not required for my configuration.
I am running Windows XP Home, Apache 2.2.4, PHP 5.2.4
