Problem between utf BOM and PHP
When using utf encoding, BOM is eventually added to the beginning of the file, allowing en editor to
identify the used character coding.
This is important if working with different encodings.
Unfortunately, it seems that PHP is not able to handle BOM: BOM is sent to the Browser which is
clearly wrong and results in several problems.
Does anyone know, how to prevent BOM being sent to the Browser?
