note 78694 added to ref.java

After following all the examples with setting php.ini file and httpd.conf file to get the java bridge to work. I have come to the conclusion that the php-java bridge is next to impossible to install and run. I have checked and rechecked and reinstalled, recompiled and so forth and wasted a day of effort with no success.
