note 79158 added to function.parse-ini-file

watch out for parse_ini_file on php 4.2.3 , its flawed.. If you include any spaces (not tabs) spaces, with certain headers, like "[header]", it will not see the section header, instead it will omit it.. Delete all the spaces outside the header and it will work again.. 4.4.0 doesn't have this problem.. That's so freaking retarded guys.. Can you possibly make a backport for all those webhosts that lack the brains to put in a new install of PHP 4?
