An important note to newbie, when you write your first php code, concentrate on <?php ....
?>
In some tutorials, you will find it like <? .... ?>
Excluding php within tag sometimes work but in many cases it won't work. So, be carefull.
Follow this:
<?php
echo "PHP Works";
?>
This simple thing delayed me two days at my early age of PHP.
