wuhai, you should use fopen() for file creation
<?php
$text="some text you want to be written";
$fp=fopen("newfile.txt","w");//opening new handle for writing, if there's
no such file - it will be created
fwrite($fp,$text);//writing $text variable into this file
fclose($fp);//closing our handle
?>
