----
When the first argument to str_replace() is an array, the elements are checked in increasing order
of array index, as one would expect.
For example,
str_replace (array ('ABC', 'BC'), array ('E', 'F'),
'ABC')
returns 'E';
str_replace (array ('BC', 'ABC'), array ('E', 'F'),
'ABC')
returns 'AE'.
