note 79767 added to features.commandline

I tried php -a and love it. Recently I tried phpsh which I think works pretty well considering you don't have to recompile php to support it. I know a lot of sysadmins who are sensitive about recompiling php with support for non-common pluggins. Here is the blog where I show how to install it.
