note 79869 added to function.highlight-string

I wanted to build a better function and exclude operators {}=- from keywords span class. I also wanted to link functions used in my PHP code directly to the PHP site. A lot more changes and tweaks have been made and the output is much better! Find the function here : http://www.tellinya.com/art2/262/highligh-php-syntax/ and ditch the old PHP one permanently.
