This page, and numerous other pages in the stream_*_() category, states "A list of wrapper
specific options can be found with the list of built-in wrappers (See List of Supported
Protocols/Wrappers)."
That page has no such list of specific options. Nor can we the users "add to the
documentation, not where you ask us to add the documentation" because there's no damn way
to know what those options are without being an expert C programmer, downloading the entire C source
to PHP and spending many hours figuring it out. Most PHP developers are not expert C programmers.
I'm sure this will be deleted, but in the meantime, maybe one person will be saved some time --
or maybe someone on the PHP documentation team will get a Clue.
