About the error:
"Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated - argument passed by value; If you
would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of odbc_fetch_into()."
I got the same message when i tried to run an old (PHP3) program under PHP4. Simply remove the
ampersand ("&") sign in the parameter in which you pass the table reference. ;)
