Just wanted to add that you cannot have any white space between your {}'s. it took me a little
while to figure that out.
"{127.0.0.1:110/pop3}INBOX" is correct
while
"{ 127.0.0.1:110/pop3 } INBOX" is not.
Also, if you forget to put INBOX, it may connect but wont return anything.
just a heads up to anyone else who might have misinterpreted the manuals instructions.
